Regional Asthma Management and Prevention (RAMP) for the California Housing + Health Equity Network
RAMP has been partnering with local housing, public health and social justice groups with the goal of supporting tenants rights, affordable housing and healthy homes. This recent report details the need to foster connections among these often siloed fields, with a focus on addressing the root causes of housing instability through policy and advocacy work. RAMP approached me to contribute visual design and digital illustrations that encompassed both the statistical information and the aesthetic sensibility of the report. This big picture approach illuminates the impact of housing instability on public health, an issue which disproportionately affects communities of color in California. The report was distributed electronically among partner organizations, their constituents, non-profit and agency professionals, and potential network funders.
